Q: So tell me, why should I use your products?
A: Because they’re awesome, but so are cute kitties! OK, let’s not get sidetracked by cute kitties. Our products contain a magical combination of all natural butters, oils and waxes to create one incredible lip loving experience!
Q: Are your products cruelty free + vegan?
A: Yes and Yes! No beeswax, honey or lanolin in here. Use our products with good conscience, Crazy Rumors is Vegan Certified and Leaping Bunny approved!
Q: Are your products gluten + nut free?
A: Gluten? None of that in here. However, our products do contain Organic Shea Butter & Macadamia Seed Oil, which are not known to cause any tree nut allergic reactions.
Q: What is your shelf life?
A: Vitamin E and Jojoba Oil are awesome antioxidants, and help keep our products super fresh and tasty! Our shelf life is lab tested and approved for 24 months once open, but we suggest using our products within 18 months once applied.
Q: Do your lip balms contain SPF protection?
A: Our lippies do not have commercial SPF in them but our base ingredient Organic Shea Butter is a naturally sun safe ingredient. We recommend layering with sunscreen for best protection in direct sun.
Q: What methods of payment do you accept?
A: We gladly accept all major credit & debit cards, Paypal, Afterpay, check & money order. All prices are in US Dollars.

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Please allow up to 7 business days to process your order at this time. Once packed all nice and pretty, we will send you tracking info via email so you can stalk your package all you want. Int’l orders, please allow 6-10 business days from departure of our warehouse to arrive. It’ll be worth the wait!
Q: Where and how do you ship? What is the cost?
A: We deliver our products everywhere using USPS First Class & Priority Mail.
We now offer First Class International Shipping with USPS mail.

Q: Do you offer free shipping for bulk purchases?
A: As a matter of fact, we do! Just place an order for $35 + and we’ll pack it up and ship it to you at no charge. (US addresses only)

A: Sales tax is collected on certain orders originating from specific locations.
